| 1. Validity
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Games
Workshop to you. Games Workshop may amend these terms from time
to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on
the Games Workshop site. 2. Games Workshop's Contract With You
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We
will send you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your
order. Games Workshop reserve the right to decline any order in
the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or
the order appearing on Games Workshop's site or for unavailability
(see 3. below). Games Workshop reserves the right to place restrictions
on the volume of any goods ordered. By placing an order for products
with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase
those products. 3. Pricing and Availability
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the Games
Workshop site. Such information is subject to change without notice.
Please ensure that you refresh you browser regularly to obtain the
latest prices. Each price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at
the standard UK rate). There shall be an additional charge for delivery,
the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery method
that you choose - these charges are stated in the "charges"
section. 4. Delivery of Goods
Games Workshop shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address
which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Games Workshop
site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing
and delivery time. Games Workshop may deliver items in an order
separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first
delivery only. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in
full. Risk will pass to you on delivery. 5. Games Workshop Guarantee and Returns Policy.
These terms and conditions incorporate Games Workshop's Cancellation/Returns
policy as stated in the Cancellation/
Returns section of this web-page. 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Games Workshop shall be governed by English
Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts. 7. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable,
the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be
affected unless the substantive purpose of the contract is then
frustrated. |
